In order to track your order details and follow your parcel, all you need is your order number and e-mail.
But first, please login below.
Your order number is provided to you in the confirmation email, only after full payment of your order, and the item ready for shipment. You can also find it in your customer area, once connected.
For people who have paid for a booking voucher before 15 December 2018, an email will be sent to you, allowing you to link your purchase to your new account.
